Well, unlike all the other reviews I 've read this watch, the mine waste time and always have done. It loses about 30 seconds to a minute of each day. That bothers me. I thought I 'd bought a duff until I started reading all the reviews, it watches automatic movement is a little elastic in terms of downtime. The watch is solid and heavy, glass is VERY scratch resistant. The brightness is very good. I like the fact that I can take this watch anywhere in the world and never leave the battery in me. I 'll live with the bad time keeping. I love it and use it 24 hours a day, ok I get him to take a bath. A watch with diamonds, but don 't expect to keep perfect time. A clock more adapted to the mentality of the Mediterranean than say Germany or Switzerland!

I was a Seiko Men 's diver ' s Watch for about 10 years, and it's great. Read the reviews on some models of Seiko, I saw some complaints about having to watch time; the SKX007K didn 't have any complaints, so I went here. It arrived looking great, and worked very well ... for about a month. R RWEL, for the last two days it 's are having between 5 and 10 minutes to an hour. I email the seller (I m 'in Iraq and can ' t call). We 'll see how responsive and user-friendly they are, but remember your chances of getting a problem to watch. Check the number of positive reviews, count how many complaints of having time (and I don 't mean a nothing like having 3 seconds a day), and calculate the opportunity to have to go through what I 'm dealing with now.

The diving watch in the world at this price. Robust automatic movement with very good accuracy. The brightness of the best I've seen (much better than my Rolex Sub). Well constructed and designed. A great reliable, robust classic - Can 't go wrong!

The watch was as expected and works great. I had a Seiko before and I 'm glad to have another one. I will never buy anything else.

My uncle brought the SKX007 Seiko (although his may be a different model number), since the early '80s. I was a kid then and may not have consciously noticed the clock, but his watch must have left some impact, because I 've always been partial diving watches, and now its different. Between these two BULOVAS quartz, quartz one swatch, and more recently an automatic Omega Seamaster Professional (the model for James Bond). The BULOVAS were OK, the sample is a piece of garbage, and Omega is just a pleasure to own. R rand still, none of them seemed to always match my mind 's idealized image of what a watch should be different. R r shortly after buying the Omega, I stumbled on a few of the Seiko watch amateur. I recognized him as the clock wore my Uncle've in all these years, and was surprised to realize that this watch is very much the image I tried against all the other diver's watches. I wanted badly. But having just spent a bundle to see if I could 't justify the purchase. R rUntil the end of December. From nothing, my not-a-year-old Omega began buying close to an hour a day! Followed by a bizarre circumstance immediate delivery of the local Omega Authorized Dealer. It would take nearly a month until my watch has been repaired and returned. R 'sa man rWhat do? I knew it .... I went to Amazon and purchased the Seiko I always wanted. Automatically and the less expensive model, the most expensive model that square markers, not circles. RAlways R pessimists, I prepared myself for disappointment. I did not 't seen my uncle ' s looking for some time and we expect some kind of a let down. I was worried it would just look in the face radically different from what I hoped, and 'd be stuck with a watch I didn ' t want to wear. And despite my fears, and always at the window all morning the day the clock was due to arrive. R rFinally, the UPS truck stopped in front of my house and certainly, I kept my new "replacement " clock. I opened the window and out came the watch --- I always wanted to research and feel exactly as I had wanted. R rNow I regularly alternate between my $ 2000 Omega and my $ 200 Seiko. It keeps perfect time! E 'aesthetically fantastic! It feels just great on my wrist! It 'great, and the elastic is not intelligent. Ma 'unintelligent ' in not that seem out of place when I wear a dress. But in every other situation, it seems right. R rHere are some observations: The face is beautiful. The band is thick and sturdy, the antithesis of cheap or flimsy.The luminescent glow remains for hours in the dark. The automatic sweep second hand is nice and solid. The case is Unbrushed steel, considerable weight, and heavy duty machinery such as industrial strength. The upper part of the LUG are in brushed steel and the contrast only increases the clock 's natural looks good. The screw-down crown is large and has deep grooves, which makes it easy to screw and unscrew, not to mention the September R rthe bezel is my favorite feature because the grooves on the side are designed for serious use. IF YOU WANT TO TURN unidirectional bezel, be assured - it will not slip. The watch is so solid that you can only conclude that the common opinion, at least someone still makes it once was. R Balance rFor, I 'll mention the one and only appearance on guard that I would rather have been different. Can not stop the second hand. As you 're setting the time, the second hand keeps moving, making it impossible to perfectly synchronize the clock with an atomic clock. Then again, hopefully not all are like me and must have a clock in sync. R RTO conclusion, of course, I have much, we recommend the Seiko SKX007. Keep in mind: if hard-core divers watches ARE NOT WHAT you may quickly realize that this is looking too see how to manage. But if you 're a diver's watch lover like me - even if, like me, you never ' ve worn a wetsuit in your life - this watch is all the real deal, as you 'll ever get. .. ..

Received my watch from Amazon about a weeks ago. Looks great! Better looking than the newer version SKX173 which Amazon sells for $ 193.00. The SKX007 is the last of this classic diver from Seiko. Better looking dial, doesn 't say "Movement Malaysia " on back like the SKX173. Mine is picking up about 10 to 15 seconds a day which is not only well within the boundaries of a mechanical but normal for this Seiko watch when new. They tend to slow a little after 3 to 6 months of wear and then keep excellent time for up to 10 years without even a cleaning!

This clock jumps in front of 30 seconds per day and it is only 3 months old. Seiko told me that 20 seconds per day "fair ". I don 't find this acceptable. I have owned other automatic watches and have never experienced before. Do yourself a favor and don 't buy this book to see if you don ' t care to know how late it is!

I have owned Seiko watches, basically all my adult life and this by far is the coolest!

This is a heavy well made that I watch all the time. I never put it because it is totally automatic.I liked the Seiko SKX007 model so well that I bought another Seiko diver watch, model SKX009. Can I depend on these watches, because they work out all types of weather. In addition, the bands are resistant rubber. A tough watch. I bought my first Seiko in 1969. Is an automated system that worked for 23 years before it stopped. The led to a distributor of Seiko, and there are still down today.
